Hook Law Center concentrates its practice in the area of Elder Law. We represent older persons, persons with special needs, their families, and their advocates. The practice of Elder Law includes estate planning, estate and trust administration including probate, guardianships and conservatorships, planning for long-term care including public entitlements (Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, SSI, and Veterans Benefits), disability planning, estate, gift and income tax matters, care management, and fiduciary services. We also handle litigation involving these issues, such as will contests and estate administration disputes.

Estate and Trust Administration including probate, preparation and filing of inventories and accountings, retitling of assets, etc.
Long-Term Care Planning with thorough knowledge of Medicaid policy and Veterans Benefits.
Estate Planning with thorough knowledge and drafting experience with regards to wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advanced medical directives, etc.
Guardian and Conservatorship proceedings including preparation and filing petitions, notices, orders, etc.
Administrative positions would have experience in client intake, legal billing, marketing, excellent attention to detail, and great organization skills, etc.
