ATTORNEY LETHA SGRITTA MCDOWELL ELECTED FELLOW OF THE ACTEC

A member of the 2020 ​North Carolina Super Lawyers​ list​, McDowell actively practices in both Virginia and North Carolina. Among her numerous designations and accomplishments, McDowell serves as President-Elect of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and is a certified specialist in Elder Law by the National Elder Law Foundation.

ACTEC Fellows are peer-nominated based on their outstanding reputation, exceptional skill and substantial contributions to the field by lecturing, writing, teaching and participating in bar activities. Their aim is to improve and reform probate, trust and tax laws, procedures, and professional responsibility.
